Universal repaired my ancient a/c system a couple weeks ago and it works great now! I can't afford a new one but they were straight up with me and told me that by next year a new one is my best bet... I appreciated the honesty and the fact that they didn't try and sell me a new one right away.

I use Air Source myself, but my sister told me that Universal is the best Cayman air conditioning company in her opinion. They put in a new unit in her BRAND NEW house last week and she couldn't be happier with it, and they cleaned everything up!

Air conditioning in Cayman is incredibly important, especially if you have elderly or children at home! I used this company to install my new unit a few years ago, and I just used them to give my unit a tune up before the really hot weather starts soon. Great company, great people.
