Chalmers Gibbs Architects is the longest-serving architectural practice in the Cayman Islands.  It was established in 1959, and has maintained fully-staffed offices in Grand Cayman since 1966.

Since its inception, the practice has earned a reputation for dependability and performance in realizing complex projects ‘on time’ and ‘on budget’. The current generation of professionals in the firm all have advanced professional training and experience gained in Canada, Europe, USA and the UK.

Our primary purpose is to serve our clients’ needs in finding design solutions which meet budgetary, functional and time constraints. Our clients include the Cayman Islands government, major banks and corporations, as well as other design professionals seeking a local associate when working in the Cayman Islands.
