Cayman's National Council of Voluntary Organizations aims to co-ordinate with voluntary agencies concerned with encouraging and providing social development and charitable services. With a goal to support the islands' children and families, they work with service clubs, churches and other organizations to undertake beneficial projects and services. 

Inaugurated in 1975, examples of recent projects include bargain shop renovations, gardening and aftercare programmes. The NVCO also participates in annual fundraising, and they offer a variety of programs for kids and volunteers.
