Grand Cayman's Power House Gym was founded in 1975 and is located in the King's Sports Centre. This world class facility offers an incredibly broad range of equipment, classes and amenities.

These include state of the art equipment, personal training, weight loss, nutrition management, cardio and circuit training, free weights, group classes and more. Amenities include an on-site smoothie bar, pro shop and plasma screen televisions.
